Creado por E&B Productions hacen 12 años, el programa es producido y presentado por Eloisa Echávez, Directora Ejecutiva de La Oportunidad, Inc. Los invitados son personas de la comunidad Latina, incluyendo personajes reconocidos que trabajan para mejorar la calidad de vida de los Latinos en el estado de Minnesota.
