En familia comparte información y recursos, y anima a sus televidentes a que prosperen y contribuyan a la forteleza de la comunidad. Temas discutidos incluyen educación, desarrollo económico, programas y recursos en la comunidad, prevención, salud, y muchos otros temas de importancia.

Creado por E&B Productions hacen 12 años, el programa es producido y presentado por Eloisa Echávez, Directora Ejecutiva de La Oportunidad, Inc. Los invitados son personas de la comunidad Latina, incluyendo personajes reconocidos que trabajan para mejorar la calidad de vida de los Latinos en el estado de Minnesota.
