For over 30 years, La Oportunidad, a non-profit organization, has championed the development of Latino individuals and families to create a strong, peaceful community. With a diverse board, staff, and volunteers, La Oportunidad positively impacts the lives of hundreds of individuals and families each year. We accomplish our mission through our research-based bilingual/bicultural family-centered four program areas (children, youth, parents, and domestic violence), community outreach, and strategic collaborations.
In order to continue achieving such success La Oportunidad seeks qualified, effective, and diverse employees and volunteers who are committed to our mission of championing the development of Latino individuals and families to create a strong, peaceful community.
